Prospective Tenants

The information below is provided to help potential tenants understand the basic terms we use in managing our properties.  The specific terms of your individual lease are included in the final signed lease.  If there are any differences between this document and the final signed lease, the terms of the signed lease represent the final agreement.

Monthly Rent and Deposits:

The rent is due on the 1st day of each month.  Rent will be due when the keys are turned over. 

The deposit is the same amount as rent and will be due when the lease is signed. 

Pet Policy:

We do allow pets.  The pet deposit is $300 per pet.  No more than two pets (dogs or cats) are allowed and dangerous breeds will not be considered.  No monthly fees.

Utilities and Lawn Maintenance:

Lawn maintenance is provided.

Utilities are not included unless specified by KEO Properties.  You will need to set up Electricity, Water/Sewer, Trash service, Gas and Cable/Internet.  A list of providers with contact information will be supplied to you.      

Application Process:

We do not require an application fee but you will need to pay for the Credit/background check, which is $30.00 for each tenant that will be occupying the property.

If you would like to lease a property, please follow the steps below:

1.  Go to www.keoproperties.com and fill in the application information under the “Apply Now” tab.  All tenants will be required to fill in an application.
2.  You will receive an email with a link requesting your approval to run a credit and background check.  You will also pay for the service at this time and the cost is $30.00.  Please watch for this email, it will come from Buildium.
3.  Once you submit your approval and all tenants pay the fee the credit and background check will be completed. You will be contacted as soon as results are reviewed.
